I've eaten a lot of different lunch and dinner specials at Phillips European Restaurant, but nothing better than the mushroom soup that has been on special now and then with lunch entrees. This is by far the best mushroom soup I have ever had! Ultra creamy broth with fresh mushroom slices, really outstanding! It has a special spice that I can't identify but really like. I have it every time I see it on the menu.
