Our large selection goes well with any event!

Sometimes people are looking for bite-sized pastries for a party – in place of full sized cakes.

We need a few days notice, but we can put together a selection of smaller bite-sized items and arrange them on black serving trays. Our selection usually includes some chocolate dipped strawberries, bite size lemon and caramel-brownie squares, baklava, macaroons, cream puffs with custard filling and small fresh fruit tarts. We can add some cookies and biscotti to the selection if requested.

We suggest you calculate the number of pastries by assuming people will eat 2.5 items per person (which really means that some people will eat 2 and others will eat 3).

• If you have 10 people we would suggest you order 25 pastries for your tray. Some people like to calculate 3 items per person – which may give left-overs – [not necessarily a problem!]
  
• The cost is $1.50 per item when we make the selection. We promise to make a varied choice and place the pastries in an attractive arrangement on a black serving tray with dome lid.
  
• If you wish to specify items and quantities of each – (such as chocolate dipped strawberries or mini fresh fruit tarts) the cost is $2.50 per item and they will be arranged on a tray or placed in boxes as you select.
